Rental season runs from June 1 to October 1.

2024-2025 RATES:
Rental pricing for the Turner Farmhouse is $3,600 a week + 9% tax during the summer season.
Deposits for all reservations is 50% of the rate to secure dates. Final balance due two weeks prior and will include the 9% Vermont Rooms Tax. Payments accepted: check or via Square.
