Rental season runs from June 1 to October 1:
June: Weekly - Wednesday to Wednesday
July & August: Weekly - Saturday to Saturday
September: Weekly - Wednesday to Wednesday or 3 night minimum
2025 RATES:
Rental pricing for the Turner Farmhouse is $3,600 a week + 9% tax.
September - full week (Wednesday to Wednesday) for $3,600 or long weekend (3 night minimum) for $1,600 + tax
(Note: long weekends only available in September at this time)
Deposits for all reservations is 50% of the rate to secure dates. Final balance due two weeks prior and will include the 9% Vermont Rooms Tax. Payments accepted: check or via Square.
