The Turner Farmhouse at a glance:

Five bedrooms which sleep 10+ people.
Four bathrooms; 3 full with showers (2 with tubs) and one half bath.

Pavilion

Included in the amenities, we offer Farmhouse guests the use of the Pavilion for recreational purposes during their stay. Pavilion recreational amenities include the use of a ping pong table (with Badminton net, too), corn hole boards, and 4 round tables with chairs perfect for playing cards or board games!

Please note the use of the Pavilion for Farmhouse guests is only for light indoor recreational enjoyment. Please inquire regarding the pricing for events or gatherings at the Farmhouse Pavilion.

FAQ's

The Farmhouse is a dog-friendly rental. There is a small fenced-in yard off the kitchen. (See note about dogs below.)
Paper goods are provided.
Pots/pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, serving items are provided.
All bedrooms have blankets, pillows & linens included.
All bedrooms have AC units.
Bathrooms come with hand soap & towels to use.
The Farmhouse has 2 roll-away beds available. Please let us know ahead of time if they need to be set up with linens & which room the bed(s) are to be placed in.
Child/baby items available include: (1) pack-n-play, (1) wooden highchair, (1) stair gate
Camping or tenting permitted. (Note: No pump out available for campers.)
No smoking permitted in the house or within 10 feet of the house or Pavilion.

Please let us know prior to your stay:

Desired configuration of the beds, where applicable (e.g. two twin or king)
If roll-away beds will be needed & which room to put them in. (We have 2 available & we ask that we move them/set them up.)
Please let us know ahead of time if your dog will joining you. Upon booking your reservation, please let us know your dog's age & breed. (Please note there are other dogs & sometimes young children on the property, so dogs need to be family-friendly & get along with other dogs.)
If you will have anyone camping out or tenting.
